We are looking for Tele Sales Executives who can sell Software Products and Services.
We are an established software company located in Electronic City, Bangalore and we are actively seeking Tele Sales Executives to join our expanding team.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Contact new customers, by cold calls and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
• Arrange and organize sales meetings and software demo as and when required.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Managing customer information and develop long-term business relationships with customers
• Lead generation and Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients.
• Manage Daily customer engagement over the phone
• Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Follow-ups
• Working closely with the Technical Team Members
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Requires Skills:
• Graduate or under graduate with excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills & good aptitude & attitude
• Good exposure to e-mail and internet marketing in mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year exp in Tele Sales. Fresher with good IT knowledge and excellent selling skills are welcome.
• Excellent IT understanding
• Good convincing skills
• Zeal to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Good Command over English-written & oral
• Exposure to common computer softwares; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word
